REFERRAL PROGRAM

Performing primary and secondary referrals.
Dealing with tertiary referrals in specialized facilities such BMC, Benjamin Mkapa Hospital.
Primary and secondary referrals will accommodate to the peripheral areas where there is no ambulance. Rescuing patients particularly in obstetric emergencies.

BLOOD COLLECTION PROGRAM

Recruitment and retention of reaped donors.
Promotions in blood collections.
Distribution of safe blood to the respective health facility accordingly.

CONSTRUCTIONS AND RENOVATIONS

Support construction and renovations of facility building and per demands to ensure smoothly and
adequate provisions of medical services. Finding funds and put the structures on place.

Students Exchange Program

We are running an exchange program to receive students for the purpose of observing tropical diseases and participating in ward rounds and various surgeries. For more information, contact georgecharles@msrtz.org
We are also operating an active surgical theatre at Karema Health Centre in Katavi Region for obstetric emergencies and newborn care.

SPECIALIST CONSULTATION

PERFORMING NEED ASSESIMENT TO THE RESPECTIVE AREA.
Negotiating with health facilities/Hospital on proper cooperation on archiving the goals.
Deploying specialist Doctors for cases intervention in the respective local area of implementations/facility level.

The targeted specialists are.

General surgeons.
Urologist.
Gynecologist
Pediatrician
Physicians
Family medicine specialist
Oncologist
Orthopedic surgeons.

These, specialist will not only attend and intervene cases at field level, but will also be performing mentorship the respective health cadres of the given facility. Creating a capacity, for these staff to deal with emergency cases, in the absence of the respective specialist.
